At our salon, we use only the highest-quality professional products — Waxperts Wax and Kim Lawless Wax — to ensure a smooth, comfortable, and long-lasting result.
For the best outcome, you’ll need a minimum of 4 weeks of hair growth since your last hair-removal treatment before booking your wax.
A patch test must be done before booking your appointment — no exceptions.

WAXING APPOINTMENTS – IMPORTANT
It is your responsibility to arrange a patch test before booking your waxing appointment.
A patch test is mandatory if:
- You are a new client.
- Your last waxing appointment at Crystal Beauty was more than 6 months ago.
Do not book your appointment online until your patch test has been completed.
When arranging your patch test, please take our opening hours into consideration to ensure sufficient time for the test to be carried out at least 24–48 hours before your appointment.
If you book an appointment without arranging the required patch test, and there is insufficient time to complete the test due to our opening hours or appointment availability, your booking will be cancelled. Any booking fee or deposit paid will be non-refundable and non-transferable.
No exceptions will be made.
