At Crystal Beauty, we maintain a strict policy concerning appointment scheduling and cancelations. By booking with us, you are agreeing to adhere to our established terms and conditions. Booking fee 50% of the treatment value.

 

BOOKINGS

To secure your appointment, a booking fee is required at the time of booking. This fee ensures your chosen date and time are reserved exclusively for you.

Please note that failure to pay the booking fee within the specified time period will result in automatic cancelation of the appointment. We will then make the slot available to other clients.

 

TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT

To cancel or reschedule your appointment without loosing your booking fee, a minimum of 48 hours' notice is required. This policy ensures that we have sufficient time to offer the appointment slot to another client.

Please note that any cancellation or rescheduling request made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the loss of your booking fee. This includes requests made even a minute past the 48-hour mark.

If you need to reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, the original booking fee will be forfeited. To secure a new appointment, a new booking fee will be required.

When canceling or rescheduling an appointment, there is no need to provide specific reasons or explanations. 

Our terms and conditions apply to EVERYONE without exemptions.

CONSTANT RESCHEDULING

If a client reschedules the same appointment twice consecutively after the initial booking, we will be unable to accept any further bookings from that client. This policy applies regardless of whether sufficient notice is provided. Repeated rescheduling disrupts our scheduling system and inconveniences other clients who are genuinely seeking appointments.

 

Please be advised that any cancellations or requests to reschedule appointments made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a charge, irrespective of the reason for the cancellation or rescheduling.

The booking fee for the originally scheduled appointment will be forfeited in such instances.

This policy applies to all circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Sudden illness
• Unexpected doctor's appointments
• Childcare issues
• Lost keys
• Vehicle trouble
• Personal emergencies

This list serves as a non-exhaustive set of examples. Our standard terms and conditions apply to all cancellations and rescheduling requests.

*** Please note that if you choose to receive only a portion of the services booked upon arrival, the full price for the original booking will still apply.***

 

We value our relationship with our clients and appreciate your respect towards our staff. Failure to remit the booking fee after service will unfortunately result in a ban from the salon, and future bookings will not be accepted.

 

VOUCHERS

When booking an appointment using a voucher, please note that the standard terms and conditions apply. To secure your booking, the voucher number will be required at the time of scheduling.

Please be aware that cancellations or rescheduling made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in automatic voucher deduction. The physical voucher must be presented on the day of your appointment. Failure to provide the voucher will require payment via cash or card. Remember, for these purposes, your voucher is treated as cash.
