At Crystal Beauty, every massage session is tailored to your individual needs.
Massage is not only beneficial for the body—it is also a time to relax, slow down, and reset. Each treatment is designed to help you feel calm, refreshed, and renewed.
For the most relaxing experience, we recommend booking an 80-minute session. This allows ample time for deeper work and a truly restorative treatment.
Book your session today and let us create a personalised massage experience designed just for you.

When you book a massage with us, we take the time to focus on the areas your body needs most.
A 30-minute massage usually includes the back, neck, shoulders, and head, but this time can also be used to focus on other areas, such as the legs, if you prefer.
A 45-minute massage generally allows treatment of the back of the body.
A 60-minute massage covers both the front and back of the body.
Our 80-minute massage is a full-body treatment, including the face, giving you plenty of time to fully relax and unwind.
At the beginning of your session, your therapist will have a short chat with you to understand your needs, ensuring your massage is tailored just for you.
We are proud members of IMTA Ireland, reflecting our commitment to the highest standards of professional massage therapy.
Our massage treatments are recognised by Irish Life Health Insurance. This means that, depending on your private health insurance policy plan, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement of your massage sessions at Crystal Beauty.
At Crystal Beauty, all treatments are provided by fully qualified professionals in a safe and respectful environment.
Any request for sexual or inappropriate services will result in the immediate termination of the treatment. The session will be charged in full, and the client will be permanently banned from Crystal Beauty.
Such behaviour will not be tolerated. Incidents will be reported to An Garda Síochána where appropriate.
How Often Should You Get a Massage?
The ideal frequency depends on your individual needs, goals, and lifestyle — but in general:
For general wellness & stress relief
Every 2–6 weeks helps maintain relaxation, circulation, and muscle tone.
For chronic pain, tension, or injury recovery
Weekly or bi-weekly sessions may be recommended until the issue improves, then tapering to maintenance.
For athletes or high physical activity
1–2 times per month, especially around training schedules or events.
For mental health & anxiety support
Regular massages (1-4 times per month) have been shown to reduce stress hormones and support emotional well-being.
Consistency is key. Like exercise or skincare, massage works best when part of a regular self-care routine. Your therapist can help you build a treatment plan that fits your lifestyle and goals.
